Not straight into the Tahs lineout

  • 92

Deon van Rensburg comes close, but bundled out

  • 93

Close to a try there by Faf.

  • 94

Good crowd in at Sydney, it seems

  • 95

Errors by the Lions at critical times… there.. a knock again

Ja read that… Bwahahaha. I enjoy Nama, he likes to rub our Sharkie noses in sometimes, but that was a funny comment by him as it never made sense. Will have to tell my friend when he logs on here again….. Overjoy

  • 97

Jeeez, can you put it in any more skew at the scrum?

  • 98

Not a grat game this to watch to be fair. Wanted to support the Lions here but they well beat here.

  • 99

    @ Puma:
At least he seemed to realise how ridiculous it was after I pointed it out 😉

    grat = great Pondering

  • 101

Another 120kg plus PI winger on debut.

    96 @ Puma:
    Look, I understand Nama’s logic.

Losing a player to the bin, can have one of 2 effects… it either breaks team spirit OR it has the opposite effect and absolutely galvanizes a side.

I think it had THAT GALVANIZING EFFECT yesterday for your side.

There was an added determination, a fok-you attitude, a silent strenght… it was good to see.

Yes, this is a popular view on this site. In the end, the Saders had no chance at all really. The ref sould have called the game off or forced the Sharks to play with 17 men 😆 I wonder if it has anything to do with the Sharks’ position on the log relative to the other SA sides?

  • 105

Argh, Lions just cannot hang on to ball… so disappointing

  • 106

I’m just surprised the Boks didn’t give the ABs a hiding when that Frog ref sent BDP off 😆

    104 @ kaksioek:
Contrary to my statement, you Sharks supporters believe different, of course…

You believe your players are demi-gods… with 2 real gods out with injury (Lambie & Pieter-Steph du Toit).

And you believe they are led by a loudmouth-saviour-type coach, who’s arse needs to be licked continiously, to just keep his mouth shut at fyndraai-moments…

But what the heck, whatever makes your boat float…

Hahaha. He sure would have…. Hehehe.

Wonder how long they going to give Deysel? Probably being a saffa 4 weeks or 6. Damn pity that happened as Deysel is a huge player for us. Damn player holding on to his ankle and keeping him away from play, that player himself should have received a yellow card. Just a pity Deysel never put his arms up in protest to that as Saders would have got a penalty instead against them. Now we will lose Deysel for many games because of a brainless thing he done there.

Tera was good though yesterday. Think Alberts will have to go to 7 with Kanko at 8 and Tera at 6 . Was pleased with the play of Oosthuizen yesterday so he can stay at Lock. Fransie had a huge game. But still hurting taking the goal kicks. Hope he can hold out and not get injured. Losing hime would be a massive loss for us.

Ja, and we compose songs and play them whenever Lambie takes a kick … no, wait, that is some other team whose name I can’t remember 😆

  • 110

Hooter goes… Tahs still attacking and they get another try through Horne

  • 111

Well not much here to watch from a saffa view of course. So going to play the Sharks/Saders game again. A real lazy day here as a bit overcast.

  • 112

    Final Score: Waratahs 41 / 13 Lions

  • 113

    @ Puma:
I imagine Deysel will be facing 15 to life in Christchurch. Did you see the article on Stuff? “Thuggery mars Sharks win over Crusaders”. Typical Kiwis 😆

That’s the problem though – I doubt we would have got a penalty. The Kiwis just cheat and cheat and get away with it. If our players retaliate it, they get punished. This is a big problem in the game.

    109 @ kaksioek:
Yeah, the Sharks supporters are’nt creative enough to do the song-thing, they’re too busy kissing player arse and polishing statues and scratching swolen heads… go figure.

  • 117

    @ grootblousmile:
Yeah, “Liefling” – that’s some Mozart shite right there 😉

  • 118

    113 @ kaksioek:

Ja a load of rubbish said there. That player was griping Deysels ankle and held him from play he too should have got a yellow. One player holding onto Jordaans jersey and stopping him as well. Also when cobus went over for the try the Sader player pushed down hard on him and nothing done. Unbelievable one side always when saffa sides play here. They get away with a lot of off the ball tactics and always have.

Yet we always seem to be the bad boys. They really do get away with a lot of stopping a team playing the game fairly by their cheating tactics.

True, it’s difficult to understand for Sharks supporters… it’s difficult for Tjarkies to steer the bug on the cork in a different direction whilst polishing someone’s knob..
