Look, if we lost to a superior side, I would have been OK with it, but that’s the thing, the Bulls had the Brumbies on the ropes and allowed the Brumbies to hit the knock-out blow… in fact they opened their faces and invited the Brumbies to moer them.

This season was the last chance for the Bulls in Super Rugby for at least a season or 2 to come. We simply lose too many frontline players to expect much next year!
Currie Cup is already going to be way down for the Bulls!

Miskien maar eers bietjie dink oor die Bulle seisoen voor ek te veel sê, maar Bulle se seisoen het ontspoor:
1. Juandre Kruger weg na die Junie toetse, ons lynstane daarmee heen.
2. Arno en Spies se beserings, kan niks daaraan doen nie.
3. Ludeke wat volhard het met 2 stutte wat glad nie op standaard is nie, en hy hou aan met hulle
Bulle sou nie veel reggekry het teen die Chiefs soos hul nou gespeel het nie, maar as jy in ‘n finaal is, het jy nog ‘n kans. Hopelik is ek verkeerd, maar hierdie was ‘n laaste gulde kans in die volgende paar jare vir die Bulle om die titel te wen. Die volgende 3 jaar is groot bouproses met al die ervaring wat weg is, veral Morne en Juandre.
Trots op my span vir die seisoen, maar die manier wat ons verloor het, teen onsself, is maar ‘n bitter pil om te sluk, eish.
Al wat ek nou kan sê is: Bulle !
