We read all kinds of articles in the build up to a final and one can point out one hundred reasons why a team could win and why the opponents can win, but for me the mental preparation is really one of the most important parts in the buildup.
It matters not what we as supporters believe or say in the press or on blogs or on whatever other forum, what matters is pretty simple!!!
“BELIEVE” talk is one thing, truly believing another. So to the Sharks I say: “Don’t stop believing”, that is one of the most important parts of going into the final. As a Sharks supporter, I know you can win and will win, DO YOU?

I’m not yet on the Brache train, he has shown good moves at CC level on occasion but based on what i saw of him in the warm up games against proper Super Rugby players he didn’t look that good.
De Allende had a great game, who knows, it’s a gamble for sure.

Thought Brache looked good, then only seen him in a few games. Still needs plenty game time though and he could be quite good. De Allende not so sure about him, but yes he did play well. So probably best to start with him.
Your thoughts on Whitehead? I think Province missed something really I do, by letting him go. He is a superb 12 and 13.

I still think that Plum’s flirtation with J.P at 13 was a good one,and that a Frans Steyn,JP,12 and 13 would be massive.
Trouble is Whitehead and Jordaan,12,13 is also dynamite.

Agree, so that is the reason that it was better for him to come to the Sharks and he sure did get plenty game time. He just grew and grew this year as a player, I knew he was super talented as could see when he came off the bench for Stormers last year. I rated him then and still do. Great player to have in your team. He and Jordaan have had some great games together. Right now that Fransie is injured think Timmy is one of our best at inside centre. If I was Meyer I would be looking at him, especially now that JdV is carrying a injury as you never know with a injury if it comes back.

Mate i am not sure i would break the combo of Frans and Jordaan once they get playing together, i reckong that will be one of the most exciting pairings around
