    C’mon Sharks, keep them out!

Straight according to the game plan, as Norty explained it in the Jakeball thread…to perfection.

Pietman, Jakeball works if correctly applied, won us the 2007 World Cup

  • 63

    Highlanders scrum in disarray
Maybe having the Beast sitting in the stand is his best position?
Current front row looking much better

  • 64

Peyper pimping on the Sharks Happy-Grin who would have thought?

  • 65

    Sharks 10 / 3 Highlanders

  • 66

    Ha ha
Jake’s face after that SP drop was priceless, not impressed at all

  • 67

    Fransie Vettie slots another penalty.

    Sharks 13 / 3 Highlanders

  • 68

  • 69

    Wow, brilliant try Highlanders

  • 70

    Try Malakai Fekitoa, Landers!

  • 71

Got to kick the ball out Sharks, not keep kicking it back to them to run it back

  • 72

Eish, pragtige drie.

  • 73

Sharks locks both injured….eishh…could be a problem going into the next games. But problems here now, Landers back into this one.

If they don’t keep concentrating, there won’t be a next game

  • 75

  • 77

    Sharks 13 / 10 Highlanders

Frans Steyn hits the upright with a penalty, it’s a miss.

  • 78

These Landers won’t lie down… they attack hard and make metres every time they have ball in hand.

  • 79

Highlanders weathered that early storm superbly, and never allowed the Sharks to run a too big a lead.
Not good signs so far for the Sharks

  • 80

  • 81

That penalty just sums up the mindset of the NZ teams.
SA side would have kicked to touch to go into halftime.
Look what they go and do, 7 points at the other side of the field

  • 82

Try Hames, Landers… under the sticks!

  • 83

Groot game on 2de helfte !

  • 85

BrumbiesBoy, old pony, if this continues, your horseys will be running out against the Crusaders

  • 86

    Highlanders 17 / 13 Sharks

    Lemoenetyd

  • 87

Interesting half time score line….. 😆

  • 88

We were 10-0 up in no time, and now……. Tears

    88 @ Pietman:
One thing you can’t coach is mindset Pietman.
You can coach structures and drill game plans into players until they can do it in their sleep, but if the other side plays like the Landers, you got to fight fire with fire.

It’s all good and well to say we won’t play in our half and kick the ball, but it’s just giving them more opportunities to run it back at you. You are playing into their hands
