I was actually going to take a 3 month sabbatical to ChCh and offer my help pro bono but no one could give me a indication of the scope of work or rebuilding projects, having some experience in old buildings I could have helped a lot regarding the tracking of movement of buildings on a horizontal and vertical plane.
Real pity as I was looking forward to share my experience and learn a lot in the process.
