HM should be sleeping much better tonight after today’s performances for the SA sides, especially the Sharks down in NZ

Hell, the Bulls are just 7 Log points behind the Brumbies!

A freegin great Bulls win on Friday, could close THAT gap right up to only 2.

    2points
It’s not as if the Bulls are a try scoring machine.
They got a bonus point against the Blues, but the 4 try was a dodgy decision.
They should close the gap by 4 and get the win though

Not if Dewald captains them they won’t.

Especially if Dewald captains them, but ignores the screaming from the coach and backs his own gut feel

    214 @ BrumbiesBoy:
Ah, but Big Vic and Flipman are the captains this year….

  • 217

    @ BrumbiesBoy:
    Sorry, meant to add:
    Conceited Wink

  • 218

I do not see why these Brumbies can’t be taken by the Bulls… they are nothing special!

  • 219

Well, the Stormers and the Cheetahs did the Sharks a moerse favor today as well, Sharks got their points, and our bottom feeding scum suckling sides kept their challengers some points away

    219 @ nortierd:
Certainly balancing the Logs a bit…. SA sides now just need to kick on!

  • 221

The Bulls now just 3 Log Points shy of No 6 spot on the Log….

Yip, we need the Bulls in the top 6 to restore some pride.

hopefully if the sharks lose another game its not because of their 3 injuries 😀

Pieter-Steph Du Toit Knee Injury Round 4 Season
Patrick Lambie Bicep Injury Round 6 Season
Cobus Reinach Hand Injury Round 6 Round 14
Tonderai Chavhanga Hamstring Injury Round 10 Round 12-14
Fred Zeilinga Hamstring Injury Round 12 Round 15
Marcell Coetzee Shoulder Injury Round 12 Round 15

  • 231

    @ kaksioek:
    Obviously, Reinach is back already.

  • 232

    230 @ kaksioek:
I think Jean Deysel will be cited and banned for 3 weeks or so

Chavanga is never really in the picture, is he… so his injury does not matter.

Marcell Coetzee & Fred Zeilinga will be back as soon as the Sharks return from their tour, after the Blues game (which they could and should win).

So, it’s basically 2 injuries to complain about, no more.

  • 233

    @ grootblousmile:
That’s some interesting maths you’ve got there, chief 😆 Chavanga holds the Bok record for most tries in a game and is a great player. If he could stay injury-free he would get regular game time. He got injured in a game he started – so how is he not in the picture?

  • 234

    @ kaksioek:
    who would chavanga replace?

  • 235

    @ MacroBull:
    Have you heard of rotation?

  • 236

    @ MacroBull:
Wouldn’t mind giving him a go in place of the guy missing the tackle in your gravatar.

  • 237

    @ kaksioek:
jake wont rotate unless injury enforced or if one of the fullbacks really has a bad game.

I was just teasing you sharks because your season really hasnt been disrupted nearly as bad as claimed as teams like the chiefs, reds or stormers.

With Talks of lambie coming back there might only be one season ending injury.

and that it surely cant be used as a “but” so and so is injured, because those players there beat the crusaders at home.

haha i agree, but that guy in the gravatar wont get “rotated” with anyone

  • 239

    233 @ kaksioek:
Seriously.. Chavanga… he was a stop-gap player… he is now a Vodacom Cup type player.

And his host of tries was against Paraguay or Uruguay… not exactly 1st class.

  • 240

    @ grootblousmile:
I still think he’s a good player. And Jakes obviously rates him too. @ MacroBull:
We all have opinions 😆 Anyway, happy with my team.
I will now leave you alone – movie time!
