    Gooooooooooooo Lions!

  • 3

4th week in a row the Force prove to be my undoing
    Possible GSP down the drain
Geez, at this stage I really hate them

Just had a bite to eat and a coffee in the Media centre, and a group of us got to chatting.

As seems to be the norm these days, the whole discussion had nothing to do with the brilliant play of player x, of the dynamics of team y, all it centred around was……..ref’s, TMO’s, assistant ref’s and rules.

Seems the ref’s are getting bigger than the game.

    @ Scrumdown:
Enjoy the game there Scrumdown hope your team does well.

  • 6

    5 @ Bullscot:
Thanks. I thinks it’s going to be a tough and close game. Could go either way IMO.

  • 7

Probably be making way out here on way to next venue by time Bulls game starts so miss it so here goes a bit early GO BULLS!!!

  • 8

Aggenee, hulle wys die VC wedstryd van BB teen Leeus …. nou moet ek heeltyd na Fouche se uppies kyk ! 😉

  • 9

Yes, they are beginning to act like bloody show ponies, everyone wants to be shown up on the big screen and conduct some lectures to show off their special knowledge of the game. Scrum rules need to change, front rowers still getting injured anyway, all those re-sets and instructions just slow down the game and give the ref an opportunity to talk a load of nonsense. Very boring…

Kick off here in about 30min, we watching football, Scottish league game
Bet no one has posted from Pittodrie before 🙂 After this quick dash for take away supper then off to wrestling also with my laaitie.

    @ Ben:
Super Ben please can you let us know score

  • 12

    10 @ Bullscot:
Just take care that some yobbo doesn’t send you to fetch a Bovril, and makes you leave a shoe as insurance.

I’m sure you recall the Billy Connolley sketch.

  • 13

11: Nog geen telling na 6 minute nie. Bulle was deur vir ‘n drie, maar TMO meen daar was ‘n vorentoe.

  • 14

    13 @ Ben:
    Alweer n skeidsregter!!!!!!!!!!!!

In reply to scrumdown @4, sorry.

How the mighty have fallen… Elton Jantjies & Louis Fouché playing Vodacom Cup rugby… so too Bandise Maku, Waylon Murray, David Bullbring, Vleis Engelbrecht

  • 17

7-0 BB na 12 minute. Clyde Davids gedruk.

  • 18

    16 @ grootblousmile:
Ackermann wants Jantjies to get some game time. Hence VC rather than warming the bench in SR.

He really needs to get back to form if the Lions are to do anything in this comp’.

  • 19

    7 elk na 18 minute

  • 20

Leeus score van hul eie doellyn, Waylon Murray vergeet om te duik, 14-7 na 20 minute.

  • 21

    Go Lions!

  • 22

  • 26

OK, leaving the Vodacom Cup TV feed on SHD6 & SS6 and over to Ellis Park… for some good Super Rugby.

  • 27

Pity Ellis Park is not full. That is such a intimidating stadium when full.

  • 28

Fouche mis ‘n strafskop, telling nog 14-7 na 28 minute.

  • 29

Main grandstand bottom section ±90% full, so expect 18 – 20 000 crowd.

Just looks empty when the stadium holds > 60 000.

  • 30

    Reds on the field.
