Oh well at least my Superbru was correct. So close. Stormers started to play to late.

  • 303

Wow! Could have gone Stormers’ way at the death, Jean is a warrior for sure, close, so close…

  • 304

    Mense, that was a riller… or thriller….

  • 305

Stormers their own worse enemy. Handing all that line out possession away on a plate, ffs.

  • 306

    Well done Saders!

Our effort near the end cannot mask a general inaccurate performance on and off the field by the Stormers.

  • 307

Damn had Stormers on Superbru. Should have looke before this game if I climbed a bit. Now must have fallen again

Anyhow Well done Sader. Hard luck Stormers. That was a hard fought battle. Though Deon cost Stormers the most tonight.

  • 308

2 Players cost the Stormers…. Elton Jantjies and Deon Fourie

  • 309

aaai aai , dit was nou amper. Jammer Stormers en jammer vir SA

  • 310

Face it, the Saders was the best side on the night…

  • 311

We have ONE more game tomorrow morning at 07:05!

Come on, you have to join me for that one!

Unfortunately you are right gbs. Deon should play openside for Stormers he is very good there. They missed Liebenberg. Feel for Elton though. He has come into Stormers and they play a different game to what he is used too. Stormers did mess up though by letting Demetri go. He is playing great rugby for the Kings. Sill feel for Elton. When he gets it right he is brilliant though. He is doing himself no favours for his Bok cause, by playing for Stormers. HE himself should have gone to Kings. They play more expansive the game he knows better.

Crusaders have just given the whole of SA a rugby lesson tonight. If we continue to play this style of rugby that is outdated and simply not good enough, we are going to see our backsides more and more often. Two of SA’s top side are being found out more and more often now. Both sides are being carried on raw talent, not on their style of play. It is no surprise that both are being coached by coaches that simply refuse to look towards the future, and simply live in the past. Yes, we will continue to win odd matches, and that will be down to the individual brilliance of the players in the sides, but we won’t win consistently and win titles.

I say again, we throw away coaches like White and Mallet at our peril. Congratulations Crusaders, you played the better rugby, did the better homework, read the game better, and won the game. It is what you set out to do, and you leave with the points.

Well the HOT SA side now is the CHEETAHS, great season developing for them

  • 315

Sharks better knock these Saders over next week!

  • 316

    310 @ grootblousmile:
They were, but really how did Stormers let them in with such bad lineout throws? That is normally Stormers advantage. Deon should go back to openside or sit on the bench. He let his team down I feel.

Anyhow hope my Sharks have taken

  • 317

Stormers have quite a challenge in Bloemfontein waiting for them next weekend

  • 318

    @ Puma:
You Sharkies can do it, go for it!!!

  • 319

I deeply respect the ‘saders for that win. Incredible effort shown by all the players, no way they should have won considering who was absent.

  • 320

Phweeew, I supported these Stormpoppies with gusto tonight… spit-spit…. hehehe

  • 321

    316 @ Puma:
    Never finished there.

Hope my Sharks have taken notes iPad on how to beat the Saders next week. Do hope we can beat them.

Okay I am now out of here. Feel bad watching the rugby and having visitors here. Have to convert them to watching the best sport there is hey!

    Cheer catch up tomorrow.

Didnt we dream of a new approach a new style when the 5 second law came in? Dammit so far this season is a BIG flop.
I hoped the Bulls would play around the myriads of exciting young backs……..

A shyte weekend for us saffers only the Staat the bright spot. That’s me out, Ciao a tutti!

  • 324

@ superBul: It is no coincidence that Cheetahs, as well as the Sharks are the best sides in SA at the moment. Hell, if the Kings had the players, they too would be giving the Stormers a snotklap

  • 325

We had a great day’s rugby on the blog today, fellas… massive numbers looking in and on!

  • 326

    @ Die Valk:
Coming back from 11 down, classy side this.
And Tod did his homework, breakdowns, line-outs, scrums, they outwitted the Stormers.

  • 327

    318 @ Pietman:
I hope so Piet. Saders were poison tonight. Very good without teams knowing they right on top of you. They do that, strangle teams like the Bulls usded too.

    Okay out of here now.

Good night everyone. Catch up tomorrow.

  • 328

    327 @ Puma:
    usded = used

2 Dinge moet nou gebeur. Eerstens moet Elton Janties terug kom Gauteng toe. Ek soek hom nie in my span nie. Hy maak my rugby naweek negatief, hy is useless en pateties.
