Because there is a set game plan, even Ruan kicking, and kicking, Listen to Mallet, he is saying the same. Mallet infact pleading for Lambie and co to be given more freedom.

HM’s style does not compliment flyhalves like Goosen and Lambie.
They should not be played. The coach should pick players who compliment his style. Greyling, Potgieter, Steyn, Engelbrecht, Sideshow Bob etc.
What worries me is we have to kick all these up and unders?? Hougaard never goes up to regain ball?? and no i am not having a go at him and i thought he had a better match today,
Surely a kick is only as good as the chase???

I agree again Loskoppie, Mallet also very critical, so to Naas? NAas saying Zane is not even part of the back line,
I was not impressed by Lambie, game plan or no game plan, first half while we were dominant or second half whilst the Bokke was on the back foot.
Some will disagree… specially those who hail from the Sharks.
He was not woeful like CJ van der Linde, but he did nothing exciting either… his line kicking was average and his tactical kicking was sometimes absolutely shocking.
Nobody will tell me THAT is all the coach’s fault…. but anyway, different strokes for different folks.
Hougie was average too…
Biggest plus today was the Bokke defence.
@ smallies: Look at how mediocre Goosen was in his starts for the Boks. The same for Lambie. The vision of the coach does not suite players like them. They are being coached to kick every single fucking ball away.

Boys… we need Fourie du Preez back too, if possible next year, we need a general behind the scrums who can take the correct options and sum up the situation better.
Vic het ook ‘n punt beet: binne die gameplan moet spelers iniasitief neem, maar hul doen dit nie. Ja, die wedstrydplan pas nie al die spelers nie, maar hou op verskonings maak en gryp die geleentheid aan.
