Springbok and Stormers winger Bryan Habana has extended his contract with Western Province for another three years keeping him a Stormers until 2015.

Habana was linked with a move to Japan after the Springboks were knocked out of the Rugby World Cup but he has rubbished talk of the move.

When Habana moved to the Stormers he was at the top of his game but has seen a drop in form since then and it has been reported that he has taken a drop in contract value to stay.

Habana’s Stormers/Western Province team mate Jaque Fourie is still in talks with a Japanese club but nothing is finalised yet.

Habana’s contract extention with Western Province kicks in after the completion of the Currie Cup.

    @ Loosehead:
The problem is they have a mountain mentality that cost them over the years. They believe that that koppie called Tafelberg will keep their players there no matter what. The Bulls can spot talent and the youngsters want to get out under the shadow of that koppie, viola Pretoria scores. Then later they try and buy their own back at a very high price. Good luck Habs , it was clever to stay on, your time is up, you might have a few good games but i doubt you can play a whole season top rugby.

A bit off the point but this is a bad feeling. Not one of my teams are playing rugby until next year.
I feel left out , a early end to my rugby season. NO Bulls NO Springboks, a rare experience.
I cant even get excited about the RWC too, too many Referee interference into this edition.
I but hope the French play out of their skins and give the All Blacks a good challenge. But i doubt, this might just be a record breaking final.

I am off early to Tzaneen, must visit many places, all beautiful nurseries to get more stock for my own. This was always my dream to have a nursery, i am giving it a full go and hope to be successful. Now i also know how it feels to be your own boss, it sucks. No ways can i just stop working or everyone else is stopping too. It is hard to drive yourself but even more so with todays labor.
Sorry that i cant be here so much anymore but i do read all you guys and girls have to say.
    PS.
At least there is some cricket to follow and if we have more games like the last one this is going to be a great Australian tour. Next game , the 1 st ODI is tomorrow and Supersport broadcast will start at 14:00. At least i will be able to see the end(if it goes the whole way)

    @ superBul:

Dis hoekom ek nog hier innie woestyn rondspartel vir n jaar of so.
Sterkte daar met als ou maat.

Very short sighted I think, we just don’t seem to be investing in the future. Over the last couple of years, we have lost so much talent, and not just to the bully boys, who, you are quite, have some very good talent spotters.
