I cant wait for this game, my slight favorite team is the Reds, but wont mind if the Blues outplay them. It would be spectacular at least.

lol, i’m not THAT mad, you know?
anyway, i normally try not to concentrate on the games to early, and in that way try to combat early nerves … just been on rugby365, saw they (like most other sites by now) has a preview of the upcoming games and just ignored that article … cant allow myself to be caught up in the hype this early … i’ll be a wreck come kick-off time this afternoon!!

    @ Bullscot:
I like the Reds, so this time we are not supporting the same team.

    @ Bullscot:
Morning Bullscot, i hope this PC does not play up again, in fact it is my internet service that gives me trouble since last night. I tried my mobile conn and it works , so it cant be something wrong with Google. Eish i hope it does not sour my day. GBS is at Innibos festival at Nelspruit/Mmbombela so he wont be here to help.

    @ superBul:
Oh well at least one of us will be happy then after the game. Won’t be long and we’ll both be supporting the same true Blue team for the Currie Cup. Time to see to the family for the day now so catch up later. Enjoy the rugby.

  • 11

@ Ashley:4 – Howzit Ash, Are you going to Newlands for the game later today bud?

Good luck to your Stormers hope they klap those Saders good and solid.

    @ Puma:
Morning Puma, who did you pick for this game.
I am a Red supporter today, just like the play of Genia , Cooper and Digby Ioane so much.

@ superBul:10 – Super we have this semi and another on later today. That is plenty rugby for today.

Then the final next week. After that Tri-Nations. Though must say not even looking forward much to the 3Nationt this year. Cause doubt we will play our full strength team in all of the games. So Tri-Nations will not mean much this year.

We also have CC coming up. Though we will never see CC as we hav known it. Doubt we will ever see our top players playing in the CC again. Cause of the long S15 now. Pity. Still looking forward to the CC. CC has always been my favourite tourney.

Then we have the wc……heeeeeehaaaaa. Can’t wait for that. So plenty rugby to come.

Put your seat belt on and get ready for long ride of rugby still coming up……hehe 🙂

    @ Puma:

    Game on

    Blues Kick off

    @ superBul:12 – I picked Reds by 4.

Have to be neutral for this game. OldG will be supporting Reds. Poppa my friend on keo supports Blues.

Though to be honest it would be nice to see Reds win, only cause they really have made a massive climb all the way from the bottom of SuperRugby right to the top. A team like that does deserve support. I also LOVE Brisbane. Have good friends in the office over there. One of my favourite cities…..

But both my blog mates. OldG and Poppa. I enjoy speaking to both so really should be neutral.

For South African rugby. It would be better for Blues to win. They then have to trave and Stormers wont have too.

Anyhow. May the best team win.

1 st penalty almost on the halfline to Reds

  • 20

Really good to see a full stadium. The way it should be for a semi.

Well done to the supporters of both teams making a effort in getting to the stadium to watch their teams play. Though most supporters there will be Reds. I do know plenty kiwi people live in Brissie. So think if any support Blues they will have gone.

  • 21

Good Blues attack wasted by a kick ahead , dotted down by Reds, 22 meter restart

  • 22

Game looks like a fast one,

now all the way back in Blues 22

  • 30

Penalty to Reds, going for posts, bad miss by Cooper. Not the game to leave your kicking boots at home.

    Reds 7 – 0
