I’m backing the Lions to take this match. They’ve got absolutely nothing to lose while the Brumbies are expected to win but are having an awful season where nothing is going their way.
Vark I would have hoped that with a Kiwi coach thew LIONS would have developed a different playing philosophy to the crash bang slow ruck smash the opposition type of game plan.
Maybe the players are just too stupid to change!

Besides the only thing that’s can make up for the stormpoppies losing would be a lions win. A lions win against overseas opposition would be a rare and wonderful thing, so wonderful we would be be so amazed that we would not be able to focus on the defeats of the other saffa teams.

Lions also have the refs against them already early on. Not only have they to overcome their own players as well as the opposition, now they have the referees against them too.
on the other hand maybe they will play better with only 14 shyte players instead of 15 kuk ones.
