Hak hak die Brumbies gaan kak!
    VRYSTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!

  • 2

    1@ Loosehead:
If there was ever a right time for the picking against the Brumbies, it is this week!

They are ripe for the picking… don’t fluff this one, Cheetahs!

  • 3

    @ Loosehead:
i ALSO THINK THE bRUMBIES ARE GOING DOWN….IT WILL BE CLOSE THOUGH. oops caps.
Highlanders to do the Blues this weekend…derby game.
Sharks wont be happy with the first half result….so Stormers in for a very hard game, which I think the Sharks will shade.
I also pick the “moer in” Bulls to play a blinder back home….with Chiefs as the victims.
And to round off the “good weekend” the Lions will also get 4 points.

  • 4

    3@ 4man:
Oh yeah… the Lions are on a bye…. hehehe

Those bucketheads of the Highlanders might just do it to the Blues… I’ve been very impressed with the Landers this season, a team with lots of injury worries who made a plan and backed it up with raw guts and determination, this season!

I truly hope the Bulls pull off a miracle weekend… damn man, they ALL owe us big time! I will be there as per usual, in the Press Box.

The Sharks / Stormers game will be a low-scoring mudda-flukka… can go either way. If I was the Sharks, I would run at Habana’s channel all day, and bully the Stormers with Alberts and later on also with Deysel… oh, and also take the Stormers on heavily come scrumtime!

The Stormers on the other hand should try and break the Sharks defences around or between Lambie and Bosman…. and logically the Stormers should rule the lineouts.

Hoe sê hulle…. Ons sal maar sien!

GBS if you are here tell is there a PDP tv, is it a new version or a miss print

  • 6

    5@ superBul:
A PDP TV….. yip, our country is full of them!

.. a Previously Disadvantaged Person’s stolen one… used to belong to the person who bought it legally… bit old, but still reliable…. hehehe

To be honest, unless I know the make and Model No, can’t comment on the PDP issue

  • 7

Jip, the Cheetahs have played way beter than the log position indicates!! If they had tackled half as well, as they have attacked, they might have been 6 positions up on the log!

With Brussow, and Strauss their, the scrum is more solid, and balanced, and Frans Viljoen will relish running over midget man Giteu!

Go Cheetahs, don’t fluff anoother 5 pointer!!

Surely they can play to the same level they did against the Blues, and “Landers, and bury a Brumbies team in dissarray?

Give Jake some work to do, to restore some fragile Aussie psyche!!

If…..my Aunt had balls, she’d be my Uncle!

The Cheetahs are good enough to win every home game and if they take one on the road, then they are in the running. They just need to get into the habit of winning. Why do they always moer everyone else in the Currie Cup and then fail in Super Rugby…..Its like Ivan Lendl, he won everything twice, except Wimbledon where he was 2nd 3 or 4 times…..he had a mental block about it. If the Cheetahs truly decide they will win, then they will…..just like the Bulls, they must play every game like it doesn’t matter, but get into the habit of winning and voila!!! The Ozzie and Kiwi teams know how to niggle them and they do it oh so well. Bakkies has effectively been emasculated by the refs….he might as well go to Toulon. Saffas have only one thing to learn about rugby and that is to keep the opposition guessing…..we have this horrible habit of expecting everyone to fall over because we believe in our own skill and immortality so much…..dont talk to the refs, they dont like our accent, just play the game and dont show your hand…..mix it up, then we will be on the top of the heap. The closed book mentality of Bok rugby management doesn’t do anything to help the situation….so ignore them and get on with it.
Full house for our teams this weekend, except the Stormers, but not after a good fight….do that and I can really enjoy that bottle of Burgundy I have just for me….at my braai this weekend.

    8@ 4man:
If your Auntie had balls, she might run a good 800m sprint…. hehehe

hmmmm wonder what the wrong guys might make out of a comment such as this one?
and yes, you may reply with ‘who gives a heck’
    but
wouldnt it be seen as negative for the site if one of the guys running the site is seen making comments like that?
    ..
again, i’m not saying that you meant anything nasty by the comment (and from the few times we’ve chat on the phone i can presume that youre making the comment tongue-in-cheek)
    but
unfortunately you are not a normal blogger
    and
therefore need to tread more cautious than the rest of us!!
    ..
anyway just dropped in to say hello
will chat again tomorrow … oh, and yep, i’m at work at 7:47 on a public holiday!!

  • 11

    @ Ashley:
    Ash…read my post first 😉

    Working!!! tough luck.

Lets have a beer on this one this weekend!
    cheers

  • 12

    @ Ashley:
Moet se as die Stormers wen is hulle well away. No one will catch them in SA Conference.

  • 13

    @ 4man:
I am embarrassed by Frans Ludeke’s attitude. He let the discipline slipped in the Bull “kraal” and now he puts his head in the sand. Not a comforting feeling he sends out.

  • 14

    @ 4man:
i Think you would love this photos, have a look. One of the ladies working on this project live next door to me.

  • 15

    @ superBul:
Dankie maat…..die Bulle sal regkom….dit is n feit….nou of later….meskien moet ou Barney daar gaan coach, alhoewel hy bloody goed gespeel het verlede week.

  • 16

    @ 4man:
I hear a lot of moaning about form. Remember before the season started we all wondered how the players would cope with such a long season. Well i can not see how players that are now red hot on form stay so hot until the 11th of September. That is more than 4 months away.

  • 17

    4man @ 11 & super @ 12
well, the sharks are ALL OUT favourates for this game .. they messed up quite a lot of chances in our previous encounter and broke our line of defence quite a few times (and that without lambie)
    ..
    on the bulls
yes, i’m still hoping for a turn-around of their season (and form). may just start this weekend against the chiefs
    ..
    cheetahs to win
and with the lions not playing, we may just have a very good weekend of results for the sa teams!!

  • 18

    super @ 12
    o,

The Vodacom Bulls team to play the Chiefs (with Super caps) is: Zane Kirchner (48), Bjorn Basson (18), Stephan Dippenaar (17), Wynand Olivier (81), Francois Hougaard (22), Morné Steyn (82), Fourie du Preez (108), Pierre Spies (65), Dewald Potgieter (40), Deon Stegmann (48), Victor Matfield (118,c), Bakkies Botha (94), Werner Kruger (51), Gary Botha (80), Dean Greyling (8).

  • 22

    @ bdb:

  • 23

    1. die Chiefs s’n, of
    2. die Bulle span en afrigters s’n ?

Gaan die Bul opstaan, of finaal geslag word ?

  • 24

22: Super, sien my post by #23, ek sien ‘n sterk simboliese betekenis daarin, dit gaan of die Bulle of die Chiefs wees wat erg gaan bloei, maar bloei gaan daar gebloei word !

  • 25

Ek hou van jou simboliek, wel as ons Saterdag verloor , verloor Vodacom baie kliente , ek sal nou baie makliker my keuse maak oor sel foon kontrak. Baie bloed gaan vloei as ons weer verloor.

  • 26

25: die Nag van die Langmesse ? 😀

  • 27

n bicycle tyre is mos n last warning? Dinge gaan iewers oorkook.

  • 28

    bdb @ 23
    😯 “Loftus word rooi geverf …. ” 😀
    ..
    hmmm, nou wonner mens net
.. niks nie, altwee is ROOI
    en
watsie verskil tussenie bulle ennie leeus?
.. niks nie, altwee is in denial!! 😆

  • 29

    super @ 27
    ag moetie worry nie, super
    loftus gaan pragtig lyk!!! 😆

  • 30

    @ Ashley:
