Sharks move Smit to loosehead

The Sharks have named their team to face the Chiefs in Hamilton with Captain John Smith moving to loosehead in place of Tendai “Beast” Mtawarira who drops to the bench.

The only change to the Sharks starting line-up comes in the front row as Jannie du Plessis returns to Tighthead which pushes Smit over to loosehead.

Tendai Mtawarira is being rested for the week but is named on the bench in case of injury.

Louis Ludik has recovered from a knock he sustained and has been named to start in his fullback position.

There are no other changes to the match 22.

    hiyas rudi , thanks for helping out with sharks articles boet , been so freaking busy , specially this week with the taxi strikes , no staff

    as for the team i think a good move and sharks lucky to beable to rotate their front row without weakening it

    smaak my die bulls sit met dieselfte probleem as die stormers,om speler wat uit vorm is te bly kies.stormers se kopseer is habana en bulls is dit wynand olvier..
