Send a SMS ‘Sharks’ to 36585 to make a donation to CANSA

You stand a chance to win a limited edition of players jersey.

    SMS costs R5

It is for a very good cause. Let us support it. I have sent my sms yesterday.

    I’ll do that as well.

Hey Loosehead seeing as the Sharks are wearing pink, do you think Naka can get the boys to wear silver?
You know spice up the game a bit!!

  • 9

@ Loosehead:6 – Hope not 😀 But it will be a damn tough game. Think the ref could be in your corner….hehehe. Damn have Pro again. He cost us a game in the S14.

@ Loosehead:7 – Thanks Loosehead. Hope plenty send a sms and make a donation. Only R5 and it is for a really good cause. AND Sharks are playing in pink. Well sort of a pink strip but mostly black.

    @ tight head:
You sure that ypu don’t want Bosman and the Ebersohns to rather just wear the Sharks strip?

    @ Puma:
Pro is a very popular name in Bloem.

    VRYSTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!!!!

Although these days when these two teams meat, I have difficulty knowing who the Free State players are and who not?

  • 12

    @ Loosehead:10 – Sure Pro is popular in Bloem…hehehehe.

You know the temp was 41 here yesterday? Berg wind that brings such hot weather. Today cooler around 29 just hope it is not that hot for the game on Saturday. Will sap the energy from players.

    @ fender:
Ah Fender, you have such good taste in rugby teams.

    @ Puma:
41 in Umhlanga? I hope that your coach chased the Sharks around the training field for hours.
Weather report for Deben for Saturday is 25 with a chance of rain.

@ Loosehead:14 – Loosehead, Don’t think the players would have trained in that heat yesterday. Today they would have, a lot cooler.

    @ Puma:

22 Freetate Ky-da’s trekking down from Bloem to Durbs….(ky-da pa, is what we freetaters normally say when we spot the sea) 🙂

  • 23

2 more weeks and I’m back in good old Souf-Efrica for good…can’t wait 🙂 I bet I will run into one of you ugly buggers at some rugby match atsome stage.

  • 24

@ bos_otter:23 – Nothing like home Bos. Where are you living at the moment?

  • 25

Someone’s ouma read her tea-leaves last week and predicted a win or loss for one of the CC teams…can’t remember which one though. If you know who I mean….was she correct in predicting the win/loss?

London….hate the place. I grew up on the platteland…never could get used to all the people here living sqaused in next to or above each other. Miss the wide open spaces…

Been here for almost 11 years now….time to go back.

  • 27

@ bos_otter:22 – Bos, When I grew up in Joburg when we came to Durbs for holiday we were called the same…hahaha. Transvaal as it was called then were called the “Kyk Daars”..LOL. Thought the Free Staters were called the “Sop Koppie” … hahahaha

Now I have lived in Durbs for a very long time so I am not a “Kyk Daar” now a Bananaboy I am. 😀

  • 28

@ bos_otter:26 – Bos that is a very long time to live in London. I love London but for a holiday not to live.

I lived in Holland and we lived similar there. All joined houses and even less space than London. BUT I loved Holland. Though did miss the wide open spaces and the weather. Nothing can compare to our weather.

You will be pleased then to be coming home after such a long time over there.

  • 29

    @ Loosehead:20 – Are you worried now Loosie?…. hehehehe.

  • 30

Okay out of here now. Cheers everyone.

    Catch up tomorrow.

    GOOOOOOOOOOOO SHARKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
