An weak administrator in Hoskins who has appointed an incompetent head coach, way out of his depth, who in turn has appointed 2 assistants whose expertise is questionable.
The end result is the gradual erosion of Bok rugby, in spite of us having the best player base in the world.
Hoskins and his side kicks are too weak to make a tough management decision to stop the rot, and so no matter about all the other stuff like rest and conditioning programs we are doomed until we get a new coach.
In reality one day we will look back at this period in Bok rugby as a great tragedy and only then fully understand the damage that has been done in the name of political correctness.
