To all my fellow bloggers I  put to you this challenge…

Rudi as our webmonster is doing so much in effort and time to make this site a home for us, where we can visit and chat in fun laughter and sadness, which ever comes along.

My personal feeling is that we all should help grow our site and not just GBS.

Why can’t we all do some marketing amongst friends family etc? and in this way enlarge our data base which at the end of the day will be to our own advantage.

This site is not just for Bulls or sharks supporters etc but for all who love the banter and fun we have in here, I know there are some people who come in here feeling that their respective teams are not welcome here, this is NOT TRUE.

I as a Sharks supporter have always felt very welcome and enjoyed the banter with all, Irrespective of whom you support, so lets go and market amongst supporters from all teams and make our site more enjoyable.

My thoughts are that if we each found just one new member per week for lets say 6 weeks , we would have atleast another 200 members.

This challenge is not from Rudi but me as I feel many dont realise how much effort is put in to run a site like this, THIS IS OUR HOME  no matter who we support “COME LADIES AND GENTS LETS MAKE THIS SITE NO ONE”

28 – GBS we have Ash here all day everyday, so don’t think there is a problem with that. Where is SAB?

Look at me sometimes I am the lone Shark here amongst the Bulls each day. You all make me welcome. We can banter and why not?

I go over to keo and it feels more like a WP blog but that does not bother me. I still blog there, a bit not as much as I used to. I also blog a bit on Sharksworld. Though this is my rugby blog home. I enjoy it a lot. Really enjoy the articles. We have good fun during the rugby blogging together. ALSO I GET MY CRICI THREADS……hehehe now what more can I ask for……..hahaha. Can we have a lone of Morne Steyn?……..hehehehe.

uhm GBS ?? its young tjarky FFS 😆

True Puma but the Stormers need to do their thing as well. Am nervous for Saturdays game and I’m not sure about the weather. Will be going to Newlands of course 🙂 The Canes are a good team and then again the Stormers are the Stormers – hopefully they had their crappy game against the Brumbies (we should have won that one arghhh). The Shark can win this weekend but they need to keep the Du Plessis brothers out of trouble and no yellow cards this weekend 🙂

27 – Karen Where is Rheebokskloof? Have to talk to Boerboel. LOL. He is overseas at the moment though.

  • 36

boerboel has been scarce of late

  • 37

puma bro you know where germiston is???

  • 38

33 – Karen, if it is wet think the Stormers will win it easy. I know that the Canes are more used to the wet weather but they love to run everything. All kiwi sides are mostly like that. Stormers should win.

Then it was really dry on Saturday and Cheetahs beat the Canes. They did have two of their players out for that game who will be back this Saturday.

  • 39

rheebokskloof is nowhere near there 😆

  • 40

37 – Sharky, Yes but have not been there for many, many years.

  • 41

We have a Lion or 2 here… where would one get a more level-headed Lions supporter than Scrumdown, a man who is actually involved within the Lions Union circles.

This past weekend it was a real revelation how ALL of us bloggers put our combined weight around supporting the Lions, Sharks, Stormers and Cheetahs.

We were all miffed at Paul marks for doing th Sharks in, we were all happy that the Stormers got their bonus point, we were all happy that the Cheetahs convincingly beat the Canes.

    39 – Sharky … hahahaha.

Boerboel is in Europe. He posted here quick one post a few days back. He often goes over to Holland for a few months. Well he used too. So think that is where he is as he said it was very cold with snow.

Lol Puma but am worried about our flyhalf. If it rains Willem de Waal would have been better suited for the game – so we shall wait and see 🙂

  • 44

yup GBS , we have a great site and hell us as sharkies get our share of banter , and thats good , its why we are here afterall

give each other shit and support each other

we all love the game of rugby afterall , its not only about certain teams

  • 45

Ok cheers all – have a fun evening. Play nicely 🙂

  • 46

41 – GBS, I like that bud, really. WE have to stick together. The kiwis all stick together with their teams. Just like us not while playing another saffa team then understand we support our own, but when we playing a overseas team we should ALWAYS AND ALWAYS support our saffa teams. I have always since this Super rugby started.

  • 47

45 – Karen, Nice to catch up. Good luck to Stormers on Saturday. They will do it.

  • 48

Stormers only real weak point lies at flyhalf, Peter Grant is not the type of flyhalf who can play the “Dominate the territory” game, his kicking out of hand and tacticalnous is just not up to it.

  • 49

43 – Karen, YES if it rains. W de Waal should play but he wont probably.

  • 50

puma I HOPE CHARO comes over to join , he a good bloke and knows his rugga

AND HE IS A SHARK 😆 more ammo to chune in here lol

  • 51

41 – GBS yip everyone stuck up for my Sharkies getting the end of the stick by Marks. Thanks to all of you. See Tac on keo also stuck up for my Sharkies against that ref. Good on him. Appreciated that.

GBS, My brother and sister in Cape Town are huge Stormer supporters but they don’t blog. Otherwise would have got them to blog here. They just never ever blog. Sorry about that. Otherwise two more Stormers would have joined in here…hehe. Hey!!!!!! They give me uphill about my Sharkies this year. Good banter with both of them.

  • 54

50 – Sharky, Charo one of my favourite bloggers on keo. I really enjoy speaking with him. Would be good to see him here. I enjoy Rangerman a lot too.

Jinx have always enjoyed Jinxie. Good sense of humour. I miss Cab there. He too was one of my favourites he is back but only see him there sometimes.

52 – Fires, That is a good team but serious who would you play at TH? We only have JdP but he has to sit one out for bad discipline. Maybe Carstens has to play again. Who else do we have besides John as I think John must start at Hooker all the time now.

  • 56

    puma whats happened to sharksgirl??

she has vanished , maybe i should phone her

  • 57

53@ Puma – Puma, this blog is good and solid and built on solid foundations…. all we want in the end is a balanced blog where all feel welcme.

Anyway, I have to go, am already in the bedroom on the Notebook…

I enjoy your banter and objctivity, Puma.

  • 58

agreed puma those all good people , all the more reason to try get them to join us here and chat some times , i never ask people to leave keo , just be so kind to share some moments with us here

  • 59

guys i think jannie will not try what he did last week and should play

carstens is not strong enough for TH anymore

as for muller he is out injured and thus hargreaves has been flown to aussie

personally i dont think to many changes should be made from last week accept injuries , for the sake of continuity

we didnt play bad last week and must use that as a base
