To all my fellow bloggers I put to you this challenge…
Rudi as our webmonster is doing so much in effort and time to make this site a home for us, where we can visit and chat in fun laughter and sadness, which ever comes along.
My personal feeling is that we all should help grow our site and not just GBS.
Why can’t we all do some marketing amongst friends family etc? and in this way enlarge our data base which at the end of the day will be to our own advantage.
This site is not just for Bulls or sharks supporters etc but for all who love the banter and fun we have in here, I know there are some people who come in here feeling that their respective teams are not welcome here, this is NOT TRUE.
I as a Sharks supporter have always felt very welcome and enjoyed the banter with all, Irrespective of whom you support, so lets go and market amongst supporters from all teams and make our site more enjoyable.
My thoughts are that if we each found just one new member per week for lets say 6 weeks , we would have atleast another 200 members.
This challenge is not from Rudi but me as I feel many dont realise how much effort is put in to run a site like this, THIS IS OUR HOME no matter who we support “COME LADIES AND GENTS LETS MAKE THIS SITE NO ONE”
59 – Sharky, please not Jannie, the problem is, it wasn’t just the trip, I’m still trying to get his penalty count thus far this season and his handling errors.
Other than scrum, Jannie sux……
I’d rather have Carstens on, Jannie always wastes our front foot ball with either a penalty or handling error. One man undoing all the hard work will have a negative effect on the rest of the team.
trust me fires as much as i agree they will either play jannie at TH or smitty

60 – Is Muller’s injury bad enough for him to not play?
Even though I know Plum will probably play Steenkamp, Hargs should never have been dropped….stupidity that was.
Lambie on the bench, can’t see that happening, they’ll once again go for a 5/2 split. Murray and Kockot will warm the bench.
Botes will once again make the starting team…..but one can always hope.

64 – Well they might as well have Smit at 3, he’s put on all that weight, might as well try to use it….we haven’t looked completely useless with Smit at 3, but Bis has a bigger impact when coming off the bench imo, prefer Smit at 2 though.
oh and yes mullers injury is bad enough not to for him to play
60 – Sharky, I like that team, just would like to see Mvovo and would really enjoy to see that loose trio. Not sure about JdP though.

For Saturday John will probably start at TH. Watch at he started hooker last week. Seems Plum rotates him there with Bissie. I would have John start at hooker and let Bissie come on later.

68 – Sharky, I read that in the Joburg paper this morning. Hargreaves was brought over to cover for Muller. Muller is still having problems with his neck.

67 – Fires, I spoke with Tight Head here the otherday. He knows the front row very well. He said John has not put on that much weight as people think and with the extra weight that wont bother his scrumming at hooker. Actually I think John is still the best scrummaging hooker in world rugby. Not the best TH but he sure can scrum while at hooker. Does not do too bad at TH.
I would start John at hooker and bring on Bissy later one.

I have not put my picks in yet. If I see Mvovo on and that loose trio with Deysel, Alberts and Kanko will pick Sharks for a win. I think though Plum will miss the trick there and play Botes instead and leave Deysel on the bench. Pity he was great when he came on Saturday.

I think it is a perception thing that maybe some bloggers think that the bulls fans left Keo to start up a bulls blog. I have read your blog often and I have not seen it.
There will always be some who will always keep that perception…you cant change that and you must not change your strategy to accept them. Over time continue to do what you are doing and you will win some of them over in time.
The others let them swim in other waters they will continue with their perception.
Always deal with what is in your control!
By the way I rate MARKS performance a 9/10.
10/10 if he disallowed Kanko try.
