die rede hoekom ek gevra het vir sy stats is omdat oor die afgelope paar dae veral baie ouens doodeenvoudig net gesê het dat muir ñ swak/ kak coach is wat nie ñ goeie rekord het nie!!
my vraag is net: hoe lyk sy rekord in vergelyking met ander coaches oor dieselfde tydperk

met wie se rekord word syne vergelyk om te kan aanneem dat hy k@k is?
Ash ek het ook posts gelos op die Lions thread, die ding wat jy nie uit die oog moet verloor nie is dit, kyk waarmee n coach moet werk. By die Sharks het DM tot 20 internasionale gehalte spelers gehad , nou het hy skaars 5.
Maar waarmee ek n probleem het is die uitsprake , hy se hol met alles, ER doen so nou is hy poefies. Doen ER dit nie gooi hy DM se gameplan by die venster uit.
DM will sy squad roteer, watse squad hy het nog nie eers n span nie.

Former Sharks Super 12 coach Kevin Putt has quit South Africa and returned to New Zealand after 15 years, citing a complete lack of faith in the South African rugby system.
New Zealander Putt played at scrumhalf for South Africa in 11 matches between 1994 and 1996 and represented Natal for five years before coaching the Durban-based Sharks. He was fired in the middle of the 2005 season as the Sharks struggled near the bottom of the Super 12 standings.

Hi Treehugger, Sick practise, whaleling. What also hacks me off is the demand for shark fin.
Ek wonder of Frans Ludeke nie die beste vergelyking van goeie coach is nie.
Kyk maar hoe min se die man, hoe min snaakse dinge vang hy aan. Een ding is verseker , HM het hom aanbeveel en jy kan maar luister na sy aanbevelings. Frans het die trust van die Bul spelers verkry. Daai eerste helfte van sy eerste seisoen het almal nog net geglo in HM, teen die einde van die seisoen het almal in die Bul kamp geweet FL is n man van inbors. Hulle het toe besef wat HM in hom gesien het.
Dit is skrikwekkend om na FL se rekord te kyk vanaf daai laaste 5 games in sy eerste jaar. Die glo in jou coach kan nie beter bewys word as in FL se geval nie.
Ek dink nog steeds nie hy is die beste coach in SA nie maar hy het daai iets wat die manne vertroue gee en hul beste uit hulle te kry. Daar is n goeie kern aan hom gegee maar sy masterstroke was om Pieter Roussouw nader te trek.
