60 – Piet, Sounds like you having a great time being back. Good told you that you would. Cape it just great, need to visit there again sometime. Hope you and your family are all settled back in now.

Only watched the first half and a bit of the 2nd half of the Lions game. Not sure sure about that game Piet, just no defence from both sides. Plenty tries though.

Think Bulls had the cracking game of the past weekend. Stormers too looking really good this year. They do have a tough game against the Brumbie coming up. Brumbies played some good rugby. Bulls though were just too good for them.

Morning everyone, on the lighter side, a few words for our stormer friends 🙂

“A container containing 250 000 Stormers rugby jerseys was returned to Pretoria today by the people of HAITI. Inside was a note with the following: “we have no homes, no food, no clothing and no water… but… we still have our dignity!”

Come and get me! That was effectively the message from Jean de Villiers to WP when asked what team in SA he wanted to join.

    Lekker windgat speler,NE

    Howzit Super,

So what you think of my team now, you’ll have to say something nice, remember discussing we all get a turn to be down and I said we’d be back, I know it’s still early days, but like the Bulls you can’t keep a good side down.
I hope we don’t meet in the semis.

“A container containing 250 000 Stormers rugby jerseys was returned to Pretoria…”

Pretoria?

Thanks Tripples, it’s been a long time since the Stormers have had me out my chair, last time was probably the eighties when I went to Newlands every week and we had that golden run of Currie cups.

Every year I get excited, but this year I’m a lot more cautious, if they win on Sat I’ll start beleiving.

Yes it does help to have Habana and Fourie, they alone can break a game.

Manly, they will win on Saturday, you will see, I must say, even for me a Bulls fan, it is great to see the Stormers coming into their own….I hope that the Lions and Cheetahs can also ‘find’ themselves, it just bodes well for SA rugby
