Selectors then nominate the players , only 1 player per position, yes you must make up your mind. If you nominate 2 your picks will be discarded.
Try and make sure you pick a player in his regular playing position. (i know it will be difficult with coaches DM and JP)

Not a Rose fan but thought he had a really good game at the back and also slotted in at flyhalf and found some space against the Stormpies. But for the try Fourie scored, he didn’t too much, Murray had a good game in the wet. He’ll get my pick. Think Jacques Coetzee of the Pumas that came on in second half for the Lions also impressed. But FDP still the best.
Willa i also had Jacques Coetzee in at first but then moved him out because he played only one half. But this team is the players who did best THIS weekend, so FdP reputation must not be decisive. Purely best player of the weekend.

Jy chat daar saam die WTR ouens, ek sou ook nog wou, shame ek moes nie so genadeloos hulle vertel het hoe ek oor DM voel nie. Daai mannetjie wat die plug gepul het op my is regtig fyn gevoelig. Wat jy en KP se is maar net dieselfde. En dan beste van alles is wat hulle se oor ander, veral die meester. Hy mag seker daar se wat hy wil oor die Bulle en ander spanne.
Nou ja sy woorde was dat ons Saterdagaand eers rugby gaan sien, die res is sommer twak. Kyk hy het nie die woord twak gebruik nie maar die meer bekende 3 letter woord. Nou sit ek maar so na die highlights en kyk en ek sien maar min van die span wat 13-26 verloor het teen laasjaar se 10de span.
Kyk ek geniet die banter tussen ondersteuners van ander unies, so ek sal , soos jy en KP en Isi graag hulle wou reghelp, ek doen dit nou maar langafstand van hier af.
Leeus julle het baie strooi gepraat laasweek. Toe die ref geblame en nou sien jul alweer net log punte op n skinkbord Vrydagaand. Sterkte manne. Dit gaan weer lekker amusant wees om julle dop te hou.

The trouble is that some supporters cannot / will not acknowledge shortcomings within their chosen Union’s structures.
It’s a little bit like alcoholism I’m afraid. An alcoholic is only considered such when he admits it. Until then he’s just a drunkard.
If your Union admits they have problems and take steps to address them ALL, then they are in the process of healing, until then I’m afraid they’re just k@k.
Being LOYAL is all fine and dandy, but sooner or later one has to open one’s eyes see reality.
I will support the Lions until I die, but unless they start becoming more professional THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE STRUCTURES, they will continue to be k@k.
Unfortunately Saturday was the seed which has been sown for the entire season. I predict that on Friday night there will be less than 8 000 people at the Coke Tin, and that it will be a long night for my beloved Lions.
Friday night games are notoriously poorly supported in JHB, and unfortunately the second half of the Stormers game was not good enough to convince the 50/50 fans.
I hope I’m wrong on both counts.
The Lions are my second team, but they are fast becoming a joke…
Still can’t believe they chose Muir over Heyneke earlier on.
I believe Heyneke is the one that made the difference in the Bulls scrummaging this weekend, and what an improvement it was !!!!

the oke who crossed swords with me was a very good friend of many here. But they say give a man enough rope and he will hang himself. He stated many times over there there is only one team and that is the LIONS. Okay be loyal.
