The International Rugby Board and the International Rugby Players’ Association have launched the IRPA Try of the Year 2009.
For the first time, the global Rugby family is being asked to vote online for their favourite try from a shortlist of superb tries from the RBS Six Nations, Lions Test Series , Tri Nations and June and November internationals.
The online poll will stay open until December 31, 2009 and the winner will be announced in early January.
IRPA representatives selected the shortlist which comprises three June internationals, three November internationals, three British & Irish Lions Test Series, three Tri Nations and three RBS Six Nations tries.
