The hard part is leaving out great players like Beast, Bakkies, in fact the rest of the Boks. But a team can not win this award, so we must chose a player.

Promising player of the year. H. Brussow. Best 6 in the country by a long shot. Maybe world rugby too. Great find this year.
Super 14 player of the year. Bakkies, F. du Preez, M. Steyn. Has to come from the Bulls this award. Also best team in the S14. (Sorry my Sharkies, Bulls were just too good this year)
CC player of the year. Not to sure here there are a few.
Try of the year. Agree with Piet. Has to be F. Juries. Brilliant try that.
