New South Africa coach Heyneke Meyerwill make finding common ground with Super Rugby franchises and northern hemisphere clubs over conditioning of their Springbok players his priority, he said on Monday.

The Cheetahs kicked off their preparation for the 2012 Super Rugby tournament with a 33 / 20 victory over EP Kings in East London.
The Halftime score between the Stormers and the Lions at Newlands was 13 / 6 in favour of the Stormers.
Full time could also not come quick enough for the Lions, the Stormers having raced ahead to 28 / 6 through tries by Gio Aplon.

Not much is available about this Test apart from some Gerhard Viviers commentary (see video below) and brief descriptions of the Springbok tries. There were two changes to the South African team who played against France earlier the season at home.

Today, the Guma Group, previous investors in the Golden Lions Rugby Union publicly announced in the Media that they are about to take legal action against the Lions to recover money they invested into the Lions during their brief and troublesome relationship, which was terminated last year.

The Leopards may have been relegated to the lower echelons of South African rugby, but they have still managed to attract the services of a World Cup-winning Springbok.
Leopards coach Leon Boshoff confirmed to this website that 33-year-old Bok flyhalf André Pretorius has returned from France and started training with the men from Potchefstroom.
