    OK, so after 3 Rounds:

    Cell C Sharks – 2 Wins from 3 matches (11 Log Points)
    Vodacom Bulls – 2 Wins from 3 matches (9 Log Points)
    DHL Stormers – 2 Wins from 3 matches (8 Log Points)
    Emirates Lions – 1 Win from 3 matches (5 Log Points)
    Los Jaguares – 1 Win from 2 matches (5 Log Points) but they still play their 3rd match tonight late against the Blues…

    In New Zealand, the Crusaders are top of the Pops with 12 Log Points, followed by the Hurricanes and Highlanders on 9 Log Points each…
    In Australia, the Melbourne Rebels are on 8 Log Points (only 2 games), Brumbies on 6 Log Points, Waratahs and Sunwolves both on 5 Log Points…

    Only the Crusaders and Melbourne Rebels are undefeated this season so far… and it has only been Round 3.

    The inferance one can draw is that competition is much closer this year between the teams. The New Zealand sides are once again strong (3 Teams amongst the top lot), South African Teams have improved somewhat, We will know better after the midnight game where we stand with the Argentinians and the Australian sides are as weak as they have been in the last number of years… with the possible exception of the Rebels who look like they are on the up.

    The Sunwolves had a great one against the Chiefs today… but I think they will still be wooden-spooners.
