SANZAR have announced the match officials for Week 17 of Super Rugby 2012, herewith the final appointments after some amendments were made for this weekend.
The amendments now has the following results:
- The Lions versus Rebels match now has Jaco Peyper confirmed as the assistant referee to be part of the team of officials for that Saturday match.
- Further changes have been made with Mike Fraser being unavailable due to his wife expecting their baby, while Angus Gardner has an injury which has ruled him out.
- Ian Smith will now be an assistant referee for the Reds v Highlanders match on Friday, as well as the Waratahs v Brumbies match the following evening.
- Andrew Lees replaces Mike Fraser as referee for the Blues v Force match on Saturday, with Glen Jackson and Sheldon Eden-Whaitiri joining him as the assistant referees.
- For the Cheetahs v Stormers match the assistant referees are now Sindile Mayende and Reuben Rossouw.
