The Cheetahs will face the high flying Chiefs at home! Methinks my swift Cheetahs are better than what they have been credited with!
Just hope it’s enough to ward of the daft attentions of the clowns at SARU! The Cheetahs deserve to remain in the tourny!

201: dit is so, Pietman, die ref was nie lekker hier nie, Sharks is kwaai gestraf. Net soos Joubert ook die Stormers bevoordeel het verlede week. Drie strafskoppe het hy die Bulle geboor: 2 keer wat hy vir Kruger en Sadie vir strafskoppe geblaas het toe hul probeer wegrol het, maar kamstig nie ‘vinnig’ genoeg dit gedoen het nie. Dan ook daardie laaste strafskop, toe Kempson (geen liefhebber van die Bulle nie) genoem het die laaste twee skrum strafskoppe moes na die Bulle gegaan het, nie die Stormers nie.
So, 9 punte danksy die ref, wat natuurlik ‘n groot verskil maak in die uitslag van die wedstryd.
Ja, die Bulle het ook in daardie eerste helfte hulself gunse gedoen om te wen nie, maar 17 elk sou ‘n ware refleksie van die wedstryd gewees het. Maar die ref het ‘n verskil gemaak tussen die twee goeie spanne, nie die spel nie.
Dit is hoekom ek sê: ons kla maar almal oor die refs .. as ons verloor. Ons moet nie net een span se ondersteuners uitsonder wat oor die refs kla nie.
Ons kan nou maar net niks aan die ref se interpretasies op die dag doen nie, met al die ‘sports betting’ deesdae, asook dat ‘n skrum strafskop ‘n gambling is wat enige kant toe gaan, wonder ‘n mens maar oor sekere uitslae (Staat vs Brumbies; Bulle vs Stormers). Dit sal jammer wees as dit so raak soos in krieket, daarom sal spanne moet besef, jy speel nie net teen ‘n ander span nie, maar ook moet jy die ‘ref regspeel’, wat dit ook alles kan beteken.

The BIGGEST mistake the Sharks made in this game was letting the REFEREE get the better of them… they lost composure, focus, their emotions got the better of them…. and they became their own worst enemies in the process.
It’s not good to see such a blatantly biased referee though… shocking, shocking, shocking!
