In a not unexpected announcement both the ABSA Coach and Player of the month have been awarded to the Cheetahs.
The Freestate Cheetahs coach, Naka Drotske, has been awarded the coveted ABSA CC Coach of the Month award and Cheetahs #8 [and part time #2] Ashley Johnson has been named as the ABSA CC Player of the Month at Vodacom Park in Bloemfontein.
Cheetahs players have been nominated and awarded this title more than any other team in this years Currie Cup.
