I thought I should tell people why I love rugby so much.
- America can’t beat us ;).
- Every supporter thinks his Unions’ player is better for the position. Bulls (Spies), Sharks (Kanko), Lions (Alberts) and WP (Watson).
- All supporters are “eenoogig”.
- You and your best buddy can argue for hours.
- You can have banter with people you have never met.
- You get the chance to play a predicting game with people all over the world.
- Everybody (don’t argue) likes to blame the ref.
- Every position is unique.
- We get to support against each other today, tomorrow we all support our country.
- You can talk about a game for years after is has been played.

OK we know rugby is a great game – that is a given….
The atmosphere in a rugby city such as Cardiff before a big match is just electric, yet you feel safe.
Very different to a football match at the same staduim in the same city.
To me it is about people, the players and the supporters they are second to none!
