I would rather see 15 amateurs from Impala Rustenburg play for SA.

At least they would show some pride.

Hey… this ‘s soooooooooooo farking ridiculous!

Farkit people, Toetie has no farking clue… SARU has no clue… South African rugby is fucked!

Finally, GBS, you join us on this side of the fence. Kudos, you were man alone standing up for the Boks for so long, but, ultimately, you’ve seen the reality of our beloved game.

Boks are getting worse with every game. Whenever one thinks they have reached the bottom they manage to go even lower.

Italy won’t agree with that statement!!!

  • 124

Can Toetie stand up to the media fireball he is about to get?

  • 125

Lets be clear – this was not a good Italian side. They just made their tackles and the opposition simply crumbled as the game wore on.

The way the Fijians are putting up such a brave effort against a marauding English side (now 53/15), they, too would have the rub of the Boks. That just leaves the Georgians. Could they beta the current Boks?

    @ Just For Kicks:
Think so. Boks have zero confidence. Any team with a little fight would get the better of them.

I don’t think people understand how devastating this is to ex players. This is unbelievable. We owe all supporters a massive apology

Ciao Kickers, there aren’t any words left to describe the state of SA rugby.

  • 134

    Well gents.

    Enough of the depressing Rugby.

I think I am going to go and do some basket weaving.

At least I won’t get beaten by an unborn foetus.

I believe this can be your 62-13 against the blacks at RWC

with some (limited) mobilization in your rugby world
    to change things

when I see your team (le roux, de jager, whiteley…)
    and the lions this year

you have something to buid on

no rugby without a strong bok side !!!

  • 137

Quite a few changes to the Boks team for Saturday match against Wales. Hope they pull off a good win. When last if ever have the Boks not won a game on the end of year tours up north?

  • 138

Blue Bird is off to Wales tomorrow to cheer for the Boks……….

Going to Cardiff Bay for lunch first, keep your eyes peeled for me and introduce yourselves to me if you spot me in the crowds. 😎

Hope it is a good game. It could be interesting! 🙂

    @ Blue Bird:
Oh, it will be interesting all right Birdie.

The Taffies just sneaking past Argentina and Japan in their last two Matches.
The Bokkie not sneaking past anyone at all – for 3 in row.

I feel for the fans of both these great Rugby Nations.

I was speaking to an Old Timer during the week, and he remarked how sad it was to see the current state of SA Rugby.
He said ” I LOVED to HATE those Springboks. Because every Test Match was a tense gut wrenching, never say die battle”. And he took no pleasure from seeing their current state.

Anyway ………………………I’m picking “The Backs to the Wall Springboks” by 5.
