Lions head coach, Johan Ackermann, has named his 23-man side to front the Waratahs in Sydney on Sunday.

The forwards remain unchanged for the match.

Meanwhile, in the backline, JW Jonker will start at left wing with Deon van Rensburg filling the right wing berth. This resulted in Courtnall Skosan selected and shifted to fullback. During warm-up, before the match Courtnall Skosan was injured and was replaced at fullback by Chrysander Botha, with Anthony Volmink taking his place on the bench.

The match will kick off at 08:05 SA Time (16:05 AEST, 06:05 GMT).
