In the Amlin Challenge Cup, the trio of Anton van Zyl, Michael van Vuuren and Meyer Bosman played their part as Stade Français defeated Calvisano 31-3.

Finally London Wasps No 8 Ashley Johnson was part of a 26-13 triumph away in France against Bayonne who fielded Scott Spedding and Gert Muller.

    Josh Strauss did not captain Glasgow Warriors against Exeter Chiefs, Chris Fusaro (no 7 flanker) was the captain and Josh Strauss had to leave the field due injury around 14 minutes into the match.
