Luciano Orquera replaces Alberto di Bernardo at flyhalf.

In the scrum, flanker Mauro Bergamasco makes his 95th appearance, Valerio Bernabo and Quintin Geldenhuystake up the second row and Leonardo Ghiraldini starts at hooker.
