SharksLourens AdriaanseLourens Adriaanse has signed a two year deal with the Sharks.

Adriaanse will be leaving the Griquas and joining the Sharks in November. Adriaanse will be part of the Sharks in preperation for next year’s Super 15.

This does look like a strategic move as the first choice tight head prop Jannie Du Plessis played in all the 2013 Super Rugby matches. With the Sharks new rotations policy that will not do. This will see Adriaanse play a key role in the Super 15 next year and could also see him possible cement his place in the Springbok side as a tight head prop, a position where the Springboks do not have a lot of options in.

Big names signed by Sharks. My poor Bulls team will have to be very alert and we as supporters be patient. Hope the Bulls are awake and tie the knots tightly , no use in building and then losing players that was invested in to others.
I will feel much more at ease and i will stay patient if we can assure the services for longer periods.

If we cant get the loyalty right we better start buying much more aggressively.

Sure Victor knows how to deal and wheel if Xander is fast asleep. Get him (Victor) to negotiate more.
