    hahahaha. Piet, I normally put my pickes in on a Monday never wait until the teams are announced. This time I waited and wanted to hear what the guys on Reunion had to say. Should have just put my picks in on Monday. I was going with Chiefs then after watching that show changed my mind….. 🙄

    Chiefs en Brumbies die spanne om dop te hou na 3 wedstryde.

    Na die naweek sal ons sien watter spanne steek saam hulle hande op.

    Well done Chiefs and also well done Landers. That was a brilliant game of rugby to watch.

    pickes = picks… 🙄

    Ball in hand, both teams brilliant. Our SA teams not in that mode yet, I fear, we still too dead set on attacking with kicks.

    Dit is die een probleem van hardloop rugby, groot risiko vir turnovers en drie soos die Chiefs s’n, iewers ‘n balans tussen aanval en verdediging kry, tussen risikos vat en veilig speel.

    150 @ Pietman:

    That all it was Piet, that bad pass that lead to the Chiefs run away try let the rot set in for Landers. Pity as it was a brilliant game to watch this. One of the best I would say. Enjoyed it plenty.

    @ Puma:

    NZ and Oz derbies always difficult to predict at the beginning of the tournament though.

    But now for Jake’s boys…..I can just imagine old Skoppie’s agony there on Voldy when Jake White turns it on with the Brumbies, lol!!!!

    155 @ Pietman:
    100% correct Piet. As I watched this game thought if that was us we would be seeing kicking back and forward the whole time. We have to adapt to this style. Hoping to see this sort of game against Sharks and Cheetahs tomorrow afternoon. Doubt it will be of this quality but think we will both keep ball in hand. Tonights game I fear we will see more of the traditional saffa style kicking for territory as both Bulls and Stormers play that style. I am hoping Stormers with Elton, Groom and Taute play a more attacking style. We will see tonight.

    159 @ Pietman:
    I am supporting Jakes team this year. Well most definitely not against any Saffa team at all, just hoping to see him do well with the Brumbies much like he done last year. I think he will do even better with them this year. Ja, let them say what they like about Jake he was and still is a very fine coach. One of our best and he is now coaching in Oz and that is a shame we let him go. Good luck to him though he is doing superb over there.

    JC Van Rensburg prop on the lions and capt has signed to play in France

    164 @ Sharks_forever:
    Well that is a shame. Only saw this now. Then why did Sharks not try and sign him for this year at least, if he was going to go overseas anyhow? Thought he was staying with Lions because they were loyal to him? Huge loss to SA rugby I feel.
