The general consensus is that ‘rugby’ was the winner at Twickenham yesterday!
Rather a mad day so far and I have not managed to read the papers point of view yet tho!

Free Kick for France, from a scrum, they choose to scrum again.
Scotland gets a Free Kick from the resulting scrum.
Knock by Scotland… oi vei

Missed left by Beauxis

It looks like the Scots chose their tight 5 for their line out ability, because they have been truly woeful in the scrums – worse than the Stormers, and thats saying something!!!

Scotland try and run it on the left wing… bundled out… last lineout.

Well that it, Scotland fought for the Braveheart as valiantly as usual, but it wasn’t to be. The very erratic frogs take the victory 17-23

I know a bit late here but took a break from blogging and watching today, congratulations France. Some good periods of play by Scotland and didn’t think the half time score reflected the game until then but France just seemed to soak up a load of the pressure and play when they needed to. Big turning point I think was when Blair went off.

Hello JFK our try scoring record has not been great for a while now but don’t know where that stat comes from as its wrong, Scotland scored a try against Wales in Cardiff in game week before last, and arguably should have got a 2nd as many folk believe the ref made a mistake on thinking Hogg knocked on before he scored a try that was disallowed. Also got one at Twickenham last… Two tries today is a good improvement though.
