Last Weekend off

I looked at the SuperSport TV schedules and I could not see any significant live rugby this weekend. So it seems we have one last break to do this…

But then our lives will be annexed by our beloved game RUGBY.

If I missed any rugby action please correct me because there are some of the tasks that I referred to earlier that I would voluntarily miss if I could find a good reason, rugby is always number one.

There is 1 Aviva Premiership game most of us might watch, but apart from that it is almost the starting point of our rugby journey in 2012. It is so late on Sunday and followed up by our early Varsity Cup games that one can almost say our season starts with this game.

Here are the games:

Sunday 19 February

Aviva Premiership Rugby Round 15 – Saracens v Leicester Tigers  Sunday 19 February at 16:25

Monday 20 February

16:45 – 18:55 SS1 FNB Varsity Cup Pres. By Steinhoff University Of Johannesburg (UJ) v Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU)
18:55 – 21:00 SS1 FNB Varsity Cup Pres. By Steinhoff University Of Pretoria (Tuks) v North West University (Pukke)

Then it is time for the Tournament we all wait to watch. Super 15 2012

O wait i personally would watch Boots & All, and i know many of us will wait until then before we make our Superbru picks. I hope we find a few new presenters and miss a few of the dead wood. Maybe it is wishful thinking but this program must break their ties with Joel Stransky.

Friday 24 February

08:00 – 10:30 SS1 Vodacom Super Rugby Week 1 – Blues v Crusaders
10:30 – 12:45 SS1 Vodacom Super Rugby Week 1 – Brumbies v Force
  18:45 – 21:15 SS1   Vodacom Super Rugby Week 1 – Vodacom Bulls v The Sharks

Saturday 25 February

08:00 – 10:30 SS1 Vodacom Super Rugby Week 1 – Chiefs v Highlanders
10:30 – 12:45 SS1 Vodacom Super Rugby Week 1 – Waratahs v Reds
15:00 – 17:30 SS2 Six Nations: Round 3 – Ireland v Italy
16:30 – 19:00 SS1 Vodacom Super Rugby Week 1 – Dhl Stormers v Hurricanes
7:30 – 20:00 SS6 Six Nations: Round 3 – England v Wales
19:00 – 21:30 SS1 Vodacom Super Rugby Week 1 – MTN Lions v Toyota Cheetahs

Sunday 26 February

16:30 – 19:00 SS6 Six Nations: Round 3 – Scotland v France

After the last bit of rugby on Sunday it will be the time to take your power naps, drink your Energade and strengthen up for the next week of action-packed Rugby. On a weekend, in less than 24 Hours the whole sequence will repeat itself.
