The Blue Bulls Copany have made a short statement regarding the outcome of the Diciplinary Hearing of Bees Roux.
It reads as follows:
The Preciding Officer, Mr. David Short, found that the Employer/Employee relationship has irretrievably broken down after it came to the Company’s attention that Roux trained with the PUMAS while still under contract with the Blue Bulls. A continuation of the Employer/Employee relationship has become intolerable and therefore summary dismissal is an appropriate sanction under the circumstances. Roux’s services have therefore been summarily terminated by the Company with immediate effect.
No further comments will be made in this regard.

There were apparently 3 charges against Bees for the Diciplinary hearing and the charges were split, to hear only the First charge, of training in contravention with his contract with the Pumas.
So now, no need for the other 2 charges to be heard.

All for taking out a policeman that solicited a bribe. Bit of an injustice I think. If he hasn’t got good mates he must go and see someone who can help with his thought processes here. Lifes challenges are there to be overcome. Good luck Bees
Never nice to take another life, no matter how justified. His offence is like working for Standard Bank, taking a leave of absence and moonlighting at FNB. Not very wise. But having said that, I hope he can get his life back in order.
