All people in orange are now chewing on their TOE nails and hoping that the plonker pulls a glutious maximus, ruptures an achilles tendon, develops meningitis and leaves his GPS in Phalaborwa so that they have a fair chance at the weekend!

And the Lions are guaranteed 4 POINTS this weekend giving them…..well a flipping lot more points than last year!

With the managerial upheaval in Melbourne we may well fail in our quest to take the wooden stirring instrument, thereby having reason to declare the SupeRugby season an unrivalled success and declaring that we need barely to pitch up in order to claim our long awaited Currie Cup trophy.

After all, the SupeRugby trophy is but a “walk on part” in comparioson to the well established and ancient Currie Cup.

Go Lions. Show the pretenders what really counts!
